This Privacy Policy describes how (“Fig MSP, LLC,” “Fig,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit or interact with our website at www.figmsp.com (the “Site”).
Important: This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through the Site (including contact forms, analytics, and cookies). It does not apply to personal data that we process on behalf of our clients in the course of providing managed IT, cybersecurity, or related services. Such processing is governed by the applicable Master Service Agreement, Data Processing Agreement (or similar), and other client contracts. If you are a client or an end user of a client’s systems, please refer to those agreements and any privacy notices provided by the client.
By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit personal information to us.

A. Information You Provide to Us
When you fill out a contact form, request information, schedule a consultation, or otherwise communicate with us through the Site, we may collect:

those emails or by contacting us. Operational or transactional messages related to an existing
relationship may still be sent.

Eligibility

The Site provides general information about Fig MSP and our managed IT, cybersecurity, and related services. Content on the Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice, an offer to provide services, or a binding commitment.
Accessing or using the Site does not create a client relationship or any obligation for Fig MSP to provide managed services. All managed services, support, monitoring, security services, and related work are governed exclusively by separate written agreements, including any Master Service Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), Service Level Agreement (SLA), Data Processing Agreement (DPA), and related documents executed between Fig MSP and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls with respect to the services described therein.
Acceptable / Prohibited Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not
to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other systems, or networks
connected to the Site; - Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the servers or networks used to make the
Site available; - Use any robot, spider, scraper, AI, or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose
without our prior written permission; - Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
- Harass, threaten, or harm others, or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, or
otherwise objectionable; - Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with Fig MSP or any other
party - Use the Site to compete with Fig MSP or to develop competing products or services in a
manner that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Intellectual Property
The Site and all of its content, features, and functionality—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, the Fig name and logo (including any
fig-fruit, leaf motifs, or custom design elements), and the overall look and feel—are owned by Fig MSP or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for your personal or internal business informational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Site except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Fig MSP.
User Submissions / Contributions
If you submit information through contact forms, inquiry forms, or other interactive features on the Site (including name, email, company, phone number, or message content), you grant Fig MSP a non- exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and process that information solely for the purposes of responding to your inquiry, providing information about our services, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that any information you submit is accurate, that you have the right to submit it, and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any submission at our discretion.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party tools or services. These links and tools are provided for convenience only. Fig MSP does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites or services. Your use of third-party sites or tools is at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.
Disclaimers of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, AND INFORMATION ON THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIG MSP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FIG MSP, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF FIG MSP HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fig MSP and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts
Termination / Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the Site at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
Other Notes
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Fig MSP regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements relating to the Site. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them freely.
These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
