Tiers that fit YOUR team
Everyone at your company should have one place to go for IT.
That’s the idea. Stores, field, HQ — same team.
Store Care
For the people working the floor.
They get remote help during business hours on the gear FIG set up, help with store email, and a portal for the Store Manager. It rides with Remote Care or higher — extra coverage for the locations, on top of what HQ and the field already have.
Remote Care
For people who aren’t at a HQ desk.
Core services, onboarding, the portal, unlimited remote help during business hours, and monitoring that runs all night. Built for anyone on the move and living out of a laptop.
Monthly Care
For the people who work at headquarters.
Everything in Remote, plus a Designated Tech, one scheduled day onsite each month, and a couple of hours our vCIO will help you think past the ticket queue.
Once a month isn’t always enough. These are for when you want us in the building more often — and deeper in the work.
Bi-Monthly Care
Monthly Care, twice as often onsite.
We also get the laptops, tablets, and phones into people’s hands. You get four hours a month with our vCIO that aren’t tickets — the roadmap, the tools, what next quarter should look like.
Weekly Care
Your Designated Tech is at headquarters every week. Tickets, the floor, and more time with the vCIO for the plan — without waiting for next month’s visit.
Daily Care
Some headquarters just need a FIG person in the building most days. That’s this plan. It’s more than a Designated Tech stopping by. Tell us what “most days” looks like and we’ll put a number on it.
Have Questions?
What is a Designated Technician?
Think of them as your primary FIG person — the technician who already knows your people, your setup, and how you like things handled.
When you submit a ticket, it goes to your Designated Tech first. They take it whenever they’re reasonably available. If ticket volume is high, they’re out of office, or they simply can’t get to it right then, another FIG technician steps in so you’re not waiting on one person.
You still get the whole FIG team. Your Designated Tech is the familiar first stop — not the only person who can help.
What does “Unlimited Support” mean?
What you need is everyday help without a per-ticket charge. If something isn’t working and it’s during business hours, open a ticket. That’s what this is for.
Password resets, stubborn laptops, printer issues, access changes, the ordinary stuff that keeps your people moving — send those our way. As many as you need.
You shouldn’t have to hesitate before asking for help. Unlimited Support is the open door for day-to-day IT.
What if something happens After Hours?
Think of this as the line for nights and weekends when something is truly down — the kind of problem that can’t wait until morning.
Our systems keep watch around the clock, even when the office is closed. People answer tickets Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Central. If it can’t wait, use the after-hours contact. Anything that can wait, we’ll pick up first thing the next business day.
You’re not on your own after 5. After-Hours is how we show up when it really matters.
Still have some questions?
Let’s set a time to talk. We’ll walk through how this works for your team — no pitch deck, no homework. Just a conversation.
